Salt Lake City, Utah – Contessa Aurora de Petris Fraggianni appears as herself in many episodes of the popular series Proper Manors, which is filmed in Utah.
Proper Manors is a soap opera about a group of recently graduated teenagers in the small town of Proper, USA. They begin to discover that they are all merely pawns in the games that the adults of Proper play. Season two will begin in the fall of 2019 on Amazon Prime according to Fraggianni.
The Italian government conferred the title of Contessa on Fraggianni in 2004. The honor came about as the result of research of her Italian heritage.
The Contessa now spends much of her time traveling throughout the United States and Canada to participate in public events, such as parades and celebrations. She promotes the economics and great relationship of culture and heritage with Italy.
“I enjoy the opportunity Proper Manors provides to bring attention to Italian heritage,” said the Contessa. “I appreciate the way the producer and writer Pietro D’Alessio has included my role as the Contessa in the show.”
In addition to her role on the show, the Contessa makes many public appearances throughout the year.
“I very much enjoy the celebrations and parades I am asked to participate in,” she explained. She has recently been featured in the Columbus Day parade in Little Italy in downtown Manhattan, NY.
“It was also a lot of fun to participate in the Santa Clause Parade in Toronto, Canada and and the 4th of July Parade in Natick, Massachusetts,” she added.
The Contessa says she enjoys traveling from her home in Maine to film Proper Manors in Utah. She travels regularly to Italy, and also has homes in Vermont and New Brunswick, Canada. She maintains a Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/CinderellaContessa/
